Juan Pablo Hernández de Alba
 Juan Pablo Hernández de Alba is Associate Partner and Director of easyFairs for Colombia and Latin America. He was the Chief Operating Officer of the Esmeralda Farms Group in Ecuador (2002-2005), the market leader in the fresh cut flowers industry in the Andes region. Between 1989 and 2002, he was President of Alba Colombia S.A., a major distributor for leading international companies. He was previously the Brand Manager, Colombia, of the Eveready Battery Co. between 1985 and 1987.
Hernández de Alba holds a degree in Business Management from Beloit College (United States) as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bath (United Kingdom). He also sits on the International Advisory Board of the London Business School (United Kingdom), where he studied on the Senior Executive Programme.
