Benoît David
 Before joining easyFairs in March 2004 as General Counsel, Benoît David worked for more than eight years as a corporate lawyer in the Corporate Transactions department of Allen & Overy’s Brussels office (previously Loeff Claeys Verbeke).
In 2002, he worked for six months in the New York office of Allen & Overy. He specializes in company law, mergers and acquisitions, financial law, venture capital and corporate finance.
David received a Business and Management degree from the University of Louvain-La-Neuve (UCL). He received his law degrees from the University of Louvain (KUL) and from the University of Namur (FNDP). He also studied law at the University of Edinburgh as part of a student exchange program.
